Being our first pregnancy, we decided to work with a Doula to help guide us through this new chapter in our lives. Joeley was absolutely amazing and helped walk us through every single detail. She educated us on many different aspects of pregnancy and giving birth and also led us through processing all of the different emotions we experienced as a couple on this new adventure together. The knowledge and experience she has was very calming and helpful for both my husband and I. We cannot express how thankful we are to have had her with us leading up to delivery, in the delivery room, and even postpartum. She was an integral part of welcoming our daughter into the world!

Joeley helped me IMMENSELY on the most special and life changing day of my life! I couldn’t have done it without her. She helped me physically, mentally, and emotionally throughout my birth, as well as throughout my pregnancy. I had the most amazing and positive birth thanks to her!
Throughout our pregnancy, she came over to our house on three different occasions to discuss preparing for birth; getting my mind in the right space for delivery, different moves I can be doing at home to prepare for birth, discussing how I'm feeling emotionally, and helped my husband know what he could do to help me through birth as well. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and you can ask her any question or ask her for any piece of advice. Our postpartum visit with her was extremely special to me as well. We got to discuss our birth again, bringing us all to tears, and she brought lunch, a gift, and a warm smile and embrace.
She is so easy to talk to, and that made it easy for me to be completely open and honest with how I was feeling. There are so many emotions going into first time motherhood! I never once felt judged, nor misunderstood.
When the day came to bring our baby into the world, she was right there with me through it all. Through each contraction, reminding me the power of breath and meditation, to be in the present moment, and reminding me that I am built to birth. She helped guide me and my birth team through labor, and I not once felt alone or incapable. She also took pictures and videos of delivery that I will cherish forever.
I would highly recommend her for any of your doula needs, and will be using her again for our next baby! ”
